Highfield Road
Large terraced house conversion into 6 en-suite rooms for professional living.
Work is nearing completion of this 3 bed terraced house close to Rock Ferry station and with great links into Liverpool.
The loft extension and all rooms have been created, kitchens and kitchenettes, painting, and floors/carpets are being laid.
Overall the project is expected to complete mid January and the target is to have the property fully tenanted by end of January.
Oldchurch apartments, Ventnor
Work nears completion on this former Methodist church building on the High Street in Ventnor, Isle of Wight. This has been a fantastic project to convert a unique space into 7 spacious 1, 2, and 3 bed apartments. GDV £1.1m.
All 7 apartments have been sold with completions expected by February 2022.

We have secured two very large terraced houses next to each other that have previously been converted into 10 flats but are in a very run down state and require complete refurbishment. In addition there is potential (subject to planning) for 2 more flats to be created.
